What’s included in your coaching services?

Your ongoing coaching programme starts before our first meeting. Once you’ve decided to become a coaching client I’ll send you a pre-coaching form. Completing this form will help you focus on what you want to achieve, what’s standing in your way and the changes you’ll need to make.

Once I’ve received this form you’ll then receive:

  1. An initial meeting where we’ll go over your business with a fine-tooth comb. We’ll put your business under the microscope and document what’s working and the areas that need improvement.
  2. A monthly meeting with me where you get to discuss what’s important to you and your business
  3. A monthly email that outlines the commitments you made during your meeting
  4. Access to an online log book that documents the progress you’ve made toward achieving your goals and serves as a business plan and to-do list
  5. Telephone and email support during business hours so that you can share your wins, discuss unexpected obstacles or simply talk through an issue that’s bugging you

How much does your coaching service cost?

On demand coaching

With this package you can use my services on a casual, as-needed basis. This package is ideal for someone who’s going through a transition phase and who needs someone to help them make smart choices. The fee for this service is $1000+GST per month.

Alternately, I’m available at an hourly fee of $500+GST.

Ongoing coaching

This package is designed for those who are looking to create longterm changes to their business. I offer blocks of 6 months of coaching for $795+GST per month payable monthly in advance.

How does your coaching work?

My coaching philosophy is driven by the following key beliefs:

  1. Self-awareness is critical to business success. When we have a clear understanding of ourselves we feel more empowered to build on our strengths and make meaningful changes in areas where we perceive the need for improvement.
  2. You are the expert in your life and your business. What you’re looking for is someone who will listen and help you rediscover, and put into action, what you already know.
  3. You are a reflection of your values. When your values are clear you’ll find it easy to set goals and make decisions. My job is to help you develop a clear set of values that will serve as the true north on your personal and business compass.
  4. Goals are essential if you want to live a life of intention and power. My job is to help you set better goals, ones that are clear and realistic but are big enough to stir you to action and motivate you to perform at your best.
  5. In business, process is where the job gets done. I’ll work with you to identify the key systems you’ll need to drive inquiries, convert sales and generate referral business.
  6. On the road to success you’ll experience failure – they’re two sides of the same coin. My job is to help you learn from them both.

  8. I will identify my level of competence as a coach to the best of my ability and I will not over-represent my qualifications, expertise, or experience.
  9. Prior to entering into a coaching relationship with you I will clearly communicate the terms of our agreement and the expectations of both parties.
  10. Prior to entering into a coaching relationship with you I will disclose to you the existence of any commercial or significant relationships that may give rise to a conflict of interest.
  11. I will disclose any commissions, compensation, or referral fees that I stand to receive in the course of providing you with advice.
  12. I will not offer professional information or advice I know to be confidential, misleading, or for which the accuracy is beyond my competence to assess.
  13. I will respect copyrights, trademarks and intellectual property rights and comply with laws and my agreements concerning these rights.
